Delivery Driver - Non-CDL Summary- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of linen products between company and customer locations.
- Ensures compliance with all safety, DOT, and company policies.
- Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner on every shift.
- Maintains meticulous records and documentation as required.
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer sites, tagging carts as required.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and daily logs accurately.
- Weigh soiled items and deliver to designated soil room areas.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup to maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
- Report any mechanical issues to the chief engineer promptly for immediate attention.
- Follow all universal precautions and safety protocols, especially when handling soiled materials.
- Adhere to all uniform and appearance guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Turn in completed Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports daily.
