Delivery Driver – Non-CDL Summary- Responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Works primarily during second shift hours (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM) and may be required to work weekends and holidays.
- Maintains compliance with company policies, DOT requirements, and safety procedures at all times.
- Represents the company with professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
- Perform timely deliveries and pickups of linen carts to and from customer locations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Adhere strictly to DOT documentation, including daily completion of Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports and all required logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and disinfected company vehicle and equipment.
- Follow all safety and universal precautions, especially when handling soiled materials.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately and submitted daily.
- Report any mechanical issues immediately to the chief engineer.
- Keep company property lean and organized at all times.
- Maintain neat, professional appearance and proper uniform as per company standards.
- Address and report any customer service issues or concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
