Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of linen products to customers.
- Ensures adherence to all company, DOT, and safety regulations.
- Maintains a professional appearance and positive customer interactions.
- Performs assigned duties in alignment with company mission and operational standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations; correctly tag each cart.
- Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately on a daily basis.
- Weigh soil linen under the correct customer and deliver to the designated soil room.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick-up to maintain hygiene standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Maintain a neat, uniformed, and professional appearance each workday.
- Submit a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily to ensure vehicle safety.
- Perform deliveries in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while complying with route parameters.
- Report mechanical issues to the chief engineer promptly.
- Communicate any customer service or satisfaction concerns to management.
- Follow all safety procedures, universal precautions, and company protocols while on duty.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Must be able to work specified shift hours, including weekends and possible holidays.
- Ability to pass DOT physical exam, drug screening, and MVR background check.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull wheeled carts up to 700 lbs.
- Adherence to company attendance and uniform policies.
