Delivery Driver – Non-CDL Summary- Responsible for delivering products to customers accurately and on time.
- Ensures compliance with all DOT and company policies, including daily documentation and vehicle inspections.
- Maintains a professional appearance and courteous interaction with customers and team members.
- Operates company vehicles safely during assigned shift hours.
- Load and unload linen carts at both company and customer locations, ensuring proper tagging.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, logs, and documentation daily.
- Weigh all soil items under the correct customer name and deliver them to the designated soil room.
- Disinfect company vehicles after each soil pickup, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Submit daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Report any mechanical issues to the chief engineer promptly.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and universal precautions while on the soil side.
- Report any problems or issues related to customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
