Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary
- Responsible for delivering goods accurately and on-time to customers while upholding company standards.
- Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and maintains all required documentation.
- Operates company vehicles with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Acts as a representative of the company, maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Works scheduled evening and overnight shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload linen carts at company facilities and customer sites, tagging each cart as required.
- Complete all required paperwork and daily logs accurately and submit them at the end of each shift.
- Weigh soiled items under the correct customer account and transport them to designated areas.
- Disinfect company vehicles after each collection of soiled items to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment at all times.
- Conduct daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports and promptly turn them in.
- Report any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Follow all company policies, including uniform and attendance requirements.
- Adhere to universal safety precautions and procedures, especially when handling soiled items.
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
- Report any issues or concerns related to customer service and satisfaction to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid and current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 700 lbs.
- Experience working evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
