Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary- Responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and pick-up of materials between company and customer locations.
- Ensures all driving and documentation tasks are performed in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Maintains a professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up linen carts and other materials as required.
- Load and unload carts at both company and customer sites, ensuring proper tagging and documentation.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately and turn in documentation daily.
- Weigh and document all soil under the correct customer account and deliver to the designated area.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick-up to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues to the chief engineer immediately.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including universal precautions.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and submit reports daily.
- Report any customer service or satisfaction issues promptly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
