Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary
As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to various customers. This role requires strict adherence to company policies, DOT regulations, and established protocols to ensure every delivery meets organizational standards. Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
- Load and unload linen carts and other items at both company facilities and customer locations, ensuring proper tagging and documentation.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, logs, and documentation, submitting them daily as required.
- Weigh and sort items according to customer requirements, delivering all soil materials to designated areas.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organized, and orderly condition at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and universal precautions when handling materials, especially on the soil side of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform requirements and attendance policies.
- Report customer service issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with the ability to maintain these standards throughout employment.
- Successful completion of a DOT physical, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
- Ability to work second-shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 700 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail for completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
