Working as a Delivery Driver requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the business. You must have a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and successfully pass all required background checks, DOT physicals, drug screenings, and other necessary clearances. Physical stamina is also required, as the role involves lifting up to 50 lbs. and maneuvering wheeled carts that can weigh up to 700 lbs. Training on safety and company protocols will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for every aspect of the job.

Delivery Driver - Summary- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, following all DOT and company regulations
- Maintain a clean driving and attendance record
- Represent the company with professionalism during every delivery
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, tagging each cart as required
- Complete all required paperwork and logs daily
- Weigh and deliver soiled items to the appropriate facility areas
- Disinfect vehicles after each pick-up of soiled items
- Maintain vehicles in clean and orderly condition
- Turn in Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports each day
- Perform all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and universal precaution procedures
- Report any mechanical issues or customer concerns promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
