The Delivery Driver plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of linens to customers while adhering to all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for following all company policies, using the delivery reporting system, and ensuring that all deliveries and pickups are completed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. The role also requires flexibility to work in the laundry facility as needed, supporting the overall operations of Crothall Laundry Services.
In this full-time Delivery Driver position, you will be expected to load and unload linen carts at both company and customer locations, ensuring each cart is tagged correctly for tracking and accountability. Maintaining documentation is essential, as you will be required to complete and submit daily paperwork, logs, and vehicle inspection reports. Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the company vehicle, as well as disinfecting it after each soil pick-up, is a priority to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment. Additionally, you will weigh and sort soiled linens accurately and deliver them to the designated soil room, contributing to the smooth operation of laundry processing.
