- Monitor Databricks platform health, performance, and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
- Ensure all platform components adhere to security and compliance standards, including user authorization and data protection.
- Support data engineers, analysts, and data scientists by providing platform optimizations, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
- Enforce data governance policies and implement cost management strategies for Databricks workloads.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience administering Databricks workspaces in cloud environments, with a focus on AWS.
- Extensive knowledge of Databricks cluster configuration, job scheduling, and workspace management.
- Proficient in managing user access, roles, and permissions using IAM, SCIM, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Strong understanding of Apache Spark concepts, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating Databricks with cloud storage services such as AWS S3.
