Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced database administration tasks, including tuning, security, disaster recovery, and maintaining high availability.
- Support full-stack applications on cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS, ensuring robust data infrastructure.
- Lead and support data migration and transformation processes, especially Oracle to Azure SQL conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and update logical and physical data models for both Oracle and Azure SQL.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, implementing solutions to track system health and key metrics.
- Ensure smooth migration of stored procedures and functions between Oracle and Azure SQL, maintaining operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with databases, including expertise in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL.
- At least 8 years of experience in relational database administration (SQL Server or Oracle).
- Proven experience in database design, analysis, and performance tuning spanning at least 8 years.
- Demonstrated experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies for 8 or more years.
- At least 6 years of experience managing high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure for critical data environments.
