Qualifications & Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on relational database management and administration
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within a database or platform engineering team
- Deep expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and Exadata
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with cloud-native databases (e.g., Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
