The Data Solutions Architect will serve as a technical leader at the intersection of Palantir Foundry’s platform capabilities and complex healthcare data challenges. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines, ontology models, and custom applications that address critical business needs. Your expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering methodologies will enable you to design robust solutions and drive best practices across the team. Data Solutions Architect - Summary
- Lead the technical deployment and architecture of data solutions in a healthcare environment using Palantir Foundry.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between Palantir Foundry’s platform and complex healthcare data requirements.
- Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-level data pipelines and ontology models.
- Lead deployment strategies and stakeholder engagement initiatives to accelerate platform adoption.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in data engineering and solutions architecture.
- Stay informed about advancements in Palantir Foundry and machine learning workflows to enhance solution delivery.
- Design and build custom applications, including Workshop and OSDK-based applications with React/TypeScript.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas, Polars) and SQL; experience with TypeScript is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of Foundry Ontology, object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and functions.
- Demonstrated success in designing and deploying scalable, production-grade data pipelines at an enterprise level.
- Experience building Workshop and OSDK-based applications, including expertise in React/TypeScript.
