Data Scientist (ML/Data Science) - Summary- Develop and deploy machine learning models to power personalization and automation across digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines and ensure seamless integration of ML solutions
- Utilize advanced AI/ML techniques, including generative AI and LLMs, to solve complex business challenges

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience managing large datasets
- Extensive experience with modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proven ability to deploy and support ML models in production using MLOps/automation tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD workflows, monitoring)
- Practical experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
