The Data Modeler will work closely with business and technical teams to lead data modeling activities, supporting the implementation of new analytical data platforms and enterprise data lakes. You will be responsible for designing and developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models using industry-standard tools such as ERWIN. Your expertise will help define scalable data structures and modeling standards, ensuring efficient and robust data architectures that meet evolving business needs. Your role will be integral to the success of projects in the insurance domain, particularly those involving commercial property and policy data.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to commercial property and policy data domains, translating these needs into effective data models. You will support the design and development of data lakes within a Microsoft Fabric / Azure environment, ensuring data accessibility, quality, and security. Your experience in the P&C Insurance domain, especially within policy, underwriting, claims, and billing, will be highly valued as you help shape the organization’s analytical data platforms and enterprise data initiatives.
