Data Engineer - Summary
- Lead the administration and technical operations of Informatica platforms within a secure, government-focused environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for sensitive data integration.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator and technical lead for all Informatica data platform operations.
- Monitor and manage platform uptime, coordinate with vendors for escalations, and oversee patching/versioning of Informatica environments.
- Develop, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest transactional and metadata into Snowflake and Informatica systems.
- Ensure high-availability, performance, and compliance with security standards for all data processes and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, analytics, and development, to optimize data workflows and support ongoing initiatives.
- Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures for future reference and audit purposes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to maintain platform integrity and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Informatica Certification (such as Informatica Certified Professional in Cloud Data Integration).
- Eligibility to pass Federal Tax Information (FTI) and Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background checks.
- Demonstrated experience as a lead administrator for Informatica environments.
- Significant experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in Informatica and related platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data security protocols, compliance, and best practices.
