Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the daily operations of the data center to ensure high system availability and performance
- Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of server and networking hardware
- Collaborate with system administrators and engineering teams to resolve infrastructure and network issues efficiently
- Participate in routine preventive maintenance schedules and provide on-call support as needed
- Monitor system performance using enterprise monitoring tools and escalate issues promptly for resolution
- Document system events, changes, and resolutions accurately to maintain an organized operational record
- Follow best practices and organizational protocols for data center operations and security

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft or Linux Windows Server environments
