Data Center Technician - Summary
The Data Center Technician position is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment within the data center. The role includes managing server and network hardware installations, monitoring critical systems, and participating in change management procedures. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day data center operations, including the installation and maintenance of server and network hardware components.

- Perform technical tasks such as copper and fiber-optic cabling, Layer 1 network troubleshooting, and IT asset management to support infrastructure reliability.

- Join an on-call rotation, providing after-hours support to address urgent issues and maintain business continuity.
