Duties & Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimize data center infrastructure for maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
- Administer and troubleshoot systems, including physical servers, server operating systems, storage devices, power and cooling systems, and related hardware.
- Implement and manage data center technologies, with hands-on involvement in networking, databases, system monitoring, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and enhance data center architecture, participate in project planning and execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, system performance tuning, and adherence to best practices in service delivery.
- Provide reporting and serve as a technical resource for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and technical clarity in communications.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in data center infrastructure management (DCIM) applications and systems administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in server operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, physical servers, storage solutions, and data center power/cooling systems.
- Hands-on experience with networking, databases, scripting, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization within enterprise data centers.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to communicate complex technical processes to executive audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across IT disciplines and drive high standards in service delivery.
