- 10+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure engineering, or facilities management, or a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in server, networking, and structured cabling installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems: transformers, PDU, UPS, switchgear, and generators.
- Knowledge of cooling systems such as CRAC/CRAH units, CDUs, cooling towers, chillers, and containment solutions.
- Familiarity with Linux OS and basic scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Technically adept and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
