Data Center Engineer - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of complex data center projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within set timelines.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on the data hall floor to facilitate project requirements and address technical challenges.
- Oversee the daily operations of data center infrastructure, ensuring systems are running optimally and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Develop, test, and implement scripting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data center processes.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of networking hardware, including Juniper and Arista equipment, as well as fiber optics and transceivers.
- Provide on-the-ground support during critical project phases, with flexibility for overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Document all project activities, changes, and technical configurations to ensure clear communication and continuity.
