- At least 8 years of experience in IT supporting technology solution design, development, or delivery.
- Substantial experience with integrated eligibility systems, including full SDLC lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in both business analysis and data analysis.
- Extensive proficiency with SQL, including complex joins and queries.
- Experience designing and analyzing key performance indicators and dashboards.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion for data-driven decision-making.
