Data Analyst - Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets, developing and maintaining advanced dashboards and reports, and providing insights that drive business improvements. This position requires technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, and involves close collaboration with various business units to address their data needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau to visualize data in a user-friendly format for stakeholders.
- Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Utilize Python and associated libraries (such as pandas and NumPy) for efficient data cleaning, analysis, and automation tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into effective analytical solutions that support strategic goals.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders, presenting complex data in an accessible and compelling manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or comparable analytical role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data within relational databases.
- Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, including experience with data science libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
