Data Analyst - Summary- Develop and maintain dashboards focused on ticketing and service metrics for internal teams.
- Leverage Tableau, ServiceNow, and SQL to extract, transform, and visualize data.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Independently manage tasks and deliverables within a specified contract period, working remotely as needed.
- Contribute to organizational goals by providing accurate, insightful dashboards that support decision-making.
- Design, build, and implement dashboards using Tableau from the ground up.
- Gather and refine requirements from team members to ensure relevant and impactful dashboard outputs.
- Extract and report on data from ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Utilize advanced SQL queries for data preparation, transformation, and optimization, especially for large datasets.
- Ensure all dashboard outputs are accurate and tailored to support key business decisions.
- Meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting project priorities in a contract-based environment.

- Demonstrated experience building dashboards in Tableau, from requirements gathering to data structuring and visualization.
- Proven expertise working with ServiceNow data for extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and handling of large or complex datasets.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain availability during standard business hours.
- Comfortable fulfilling the requirements of a short-term contract engagement.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
