D365 F&O Functional Consultant - Summary
- Serve as a primary resource for translating business needs into D365 F&O solutions.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to design, prototype, and implement business processes on the D365 Finance & Operations platform.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a functional authority, translating business requirements into scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and produce detailed implementation artifacts.
- Lead rapid prototype development to validate business workflows, user journeys, and system integrations, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Utilize AI-assisted tooling and structured work items to enhance feature breakdown, user story creation, and sprint planning processes.
- Coordinate the deployment process, validate solutions against functional prototypes, and facilitate comprehensive user acceptance testing.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes by providing feedback and recommendations based on evolving business needs and platform capabilities.
- Document functional requirements and ensure clear communication across multi-disciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Functional Architecture, Solution Design, Systems Analysis, or Enterprise Functional Consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions, particularly within the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
- Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise application ecosystems and integrated business platforms.
- Strong background in business process modeling, integration strategies, APIs, workflow orchestration, and data-driven application development.
- Proven ability to create prototypes, workflows, and implementation-ready functional designs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
