The Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist will play a vital role in supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of managed security services. This position involves close collaboration with internal cybersecurity teams, managed service customers, and key stakeholders to track, report, and enhance the delivery of cybersecurity services. The specialist will assist leadership in the development of essential documentation, maintenance of service catalogs, and the creation of effective communication materials for a variety of audiences.
Working remotely, the Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of cybersecurity managed services, including the development and maintenance of maturity models, RACI matrices, heat maps, and operational procedures. The role also includes providing valuable input for process improvements, driving business case development, and coordinating customer survey analysis to further strengthen the security program’s effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support leadership in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity service catalog
- Assist in the development and upkeep of cybersecurity RACI models and maturity models
- Create and update heat maps to represent cybersecurity program status
- Coordinate and support the resolution of escalated cybersecurity issues related to managed services
- Collaborate with leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts to prepare presentations and reports for diverse audiences
- Contribute to the ongoing tracking and reporting of key metrics, including Key Goal Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Risk Indicators
- Develop workflow and operational documentation supporting managed services
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of cybersecurity managed services
- Provide input to drive ongoing process improvements for enhanced security program outcomes
- Maintain and update operational procedures and the Security Knowledge Base
- Assist in the development and coordination of business case and customer survey analysis

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as GSEC or Security+ (required within 180 days if converted to full-time employment)
- Experience with PowerBI and Archer Integrated Risk Management platforms preferred
- Knowledge of Six Sigma process reviews and project participation is a plus
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
