- Manage identity and access management solutions to ensure secure user access.
- Mentor and guide cybersecurity team members, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with security standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a cybersecurity analyst in an enterprise network environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in incident response and threat detection.
- At least 2 years of management or team leadership experience within cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Preferred certifications: Security+, SSCP, CySA+, CCNA Security, CISSP, or CISM.
