As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and advancing next-generation Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management (IDM) systems that support ARC Group and our portfolio of companies. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will leverage your hands-on expertise in PAM and IDM tools and concepts to ensure the security and compliance of business operations. Your responsibilities will include researching, evaluating, and recommending technical security solutions, as well as managing the implementation and ongoing support of these systems. Collaboration with vendors, service providers, and internal teams will be essential in supporting the technical security capabilities and processes that protect ARC Group’s assets.

Cybersecurity Engineer - Summary
- Remote contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment
- Responsible for developing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management (IDM) systems
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement and maintain technical security solutions
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and innovative work environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, validate, and recommend technical security solutions for ARC Group and subsidiaries
- Assist with the build, testing, and implementation of security solutions
- Coordinate with product vendors and service providers
- Manage system and application environments, configurations, policies, and operational activities
- Monitor, report, and enhance the performance of assigned security solutions
- Provide incident response and problem management for security technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to security solutions
- Follow up on security work requests and collaborate with other IT areas
- Support escalations, known issues, and out-of-cycle requests
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including procedures and engineering diagrams
- Collect, analyze, and present data on security solutions and processes
- Assist with migration, upgrade, and disposal of security capabilities
- Collaborate with business areas on work group initiatives
- Support continuous testing, validation, and security hardening processes
- Align to security reference architecture standards
- Assist with disaster recovery planning, design, and implementation
- Support remediation actions from threat assessments or audits
- Provide training on security capabilities and operational tasks

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of related work experience, including at least 2 years in cybersecurity and 2 years in IT infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certification required
- Permanent work authorization required; third-party candidates are not eligible
- Strong technical, analytical, and administrative skills
- Proficiency in vulnerability and patch management
- Excellent documentation, review, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
