As a Cybersecurity Analyst – PAM, you will play an integral role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced PAM solutions to protect sensitive systems, applications, and data. Cybersecurity Analyst – Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Summary
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of PAM solutions to safeguard sensitive organizational assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure PAM systems meet business and security requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain PAM-related policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
- Leverage expertise in CyberArk and other PAM technologies within hybrid environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting operational and audit initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to support PAM system implementation and maintenance.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to gather and document PAM use cases.
- Maintain business process documentation and develop PAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and manage PAM-related reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Assist in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of PAM solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to enhance PAM posture.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and audit teams to manage security requirements, impacts, and risks.
- Create and update documentation for security systems, processes, and diagrams.
- Analyze, propose, and implement solutions for residual risks, vulnerabilities, and security exposures.
- Participate in IT projects to address security issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, document, and maintain information security processes, policies, and procedures.
- Advise on service level agreements and maintain security controls.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend security-related hardware and software solutions.
- Lead audit-related initiatives, including data collection, tracking, assessments, and remediation.
- Support the development of security architecture and technical controls.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on PAM or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea).
- Strong understanding of privileged account management, privileged session management, and access governance.
- Expertise in hybrid CyberArk environments (on-prem and SaaS), including installation, configuration, and high availability/disaster recovery setup.
- Familiarity with CyberArk core components, CyberArk Conjur, and integration with MFA, LDAP, and AD.
- Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege enforcement, dual control, break-glass procedures, and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent cybersecurity/infrastructure experience.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Permanent US work authorization required.
