- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and healthcare professionals.

- Demonstrated ability to perform A-line and Swan-Ganz catheter placements.
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experienced NP or PA with a background in cardiac critical care.
- Able to work independently with complex and high-acuity patients.
- Adaptable and comfortable with varied shift work and fast-paced environments.
