Providers with strong procedural expertise in these areas will excel in this role. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all patients in the CVICU.
The contract offers flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts. Days, nights, and weekends are available throughout the duration of the assignment, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The assignment begins as soon as possible and is set to continue for at least six months, with potential for extension based on ongoing needs.
While licensure in Michigan is preferred, it is not required, providing greater flexibility for qualified candidates from other states. The compensation package is highly competitive, structured as a 1099 contract, and includes paid travel arrangements such as flights, hotel accommodations, and rental car or mileage reimbursement. This ensures that providers can focus on delivering excellent care without logistical concerns.
