Customer Success Manager - Summary
- Act as the primary advisor and relationship manager for assigned customer accounts within the commercial roofing and facilities management sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Close multi-year service and maintenance agreements to ensure long-term customer commitment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, outside sales, or business development.
- Background in commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, building services, or related industries is preferred.
