Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule client appointments to discuss insurance needs and solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and offer tailored insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales and service objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, but not required—training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Preferred candidates hold or are willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Previous experience in sales (inside or outside), retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
