- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up and proactive communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Process policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions efficiently
- Provide timely and thorough activity and status reports to the agency
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success
