Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support as needed
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to explain insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily goals and company objectives
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses prior to start date (training and support provided)
