Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new service opportunities by identifying the needs of both new and existing clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales in collaboration with the agency team.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships to support business growth.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency management as required.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Russian or Polish are preferred, but not required.
