Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and warmly greet clients, assisting them with their inquiries and requests.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Educate clients on a range of insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to support informed decision making.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service and consistent communication with customers.
- Support administrative tasks as required to maintain smooth office operations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated skill in assessing customer needs and conducting effective client interviews.
- Ability to relate to customers and build rapport to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Life and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain).
