Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the agency
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding insurance products

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a courteous, professional manner
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality service
- Uphold industry and company standards in all communications and actions
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay ($15 - $20 per hour depending on experience)
- Annual growth bonuses ranging from $2,000 - $3,000
- PTO: 1 week after 90 days, 2 weeks after 1 year
- 8 paid holidays per year

Qualifications & Requirements
- Sales experience (outside, inside, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proactive in addressing and resolving customer issues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license a plus
