Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up with clients as needed to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service through various communication channels
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Prepare and submit timely activity reports to supervisors or agents
- Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education
- Utilize organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
