Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
- Educate clients on insurance products, policy changes, and claims processes using a customer-focused approach.
- Support business growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a needs-based assessment to recommend and explain insurance solutions tailored to each client.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and activity reports for management review.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by staying current with product changes, licensing updates, and technical developments.
