- Minimum of one year office experience (required)
- At least one year customer service experience (required)
- One year call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM; 10-key proficiency helpful
- Superior phone etiquette and customer service abilities
