Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and welcome clients to the agency office, providing a positive first impression.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive and responsive service.
- Follow up with customers regarding policy changes, inquiries, and service needs to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Respond to questions about insurance products, coverage options, eligibility, claims, billing, and policy transfers.
