Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with insurance products, licensing requirements, and technical developments.
- Support the agency’s growth by identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and generating leads.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent and professional communication.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain organized records and provide timely, thorough reports to the agent.
