Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support agency operations by addressing insurance-related questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and prospects.
- Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
