Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and foster customer relationships by engaging in meaningful, value-based conversations.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, coverages, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients on available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding issues or questions.
- Maintain strong work ethic and total commitment to success each and every day.
- Produce timely and thorough activity reports for the agency agent as required.
- Remain up to date on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments within the insurance industry.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve office goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Uphold the agency’s standards for customer care and integrity in all interactions.
