Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service across all communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to ensure they understand available products and services.
- Follow up with customers as needed to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with agency services.
- Maintain a positive and proactive work ethic, demonstrating total commitment to customer service and agency success every day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency management to support business operations and customer engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on product changes, technical developments, and continuing education requirements to deliver informed, compliant service.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve agency goals and support colleagues as needed.
- Effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Previous experience with State Farm products or systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish or English/Polish are preferred to better serve a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, people-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Dedicated to accuracy, detail orientation, and timely completion of work.
- Must be able to learn and use relevant computer functions and agency software.

- Property & Casualty insurance license (must be obtained prior to start date if not already held).
- Life and Health insurance license (must be obtained as required).
- Commitment to staying current with industry changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing technical training.
