Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and welcome clients, serving as the first point of contact for the agency.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and address evolving needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance products and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive office environment.
