Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Support daily operations of the independent insurance agency by managing client inquiries, policy management, and claims assistance.
- Contribute to agency growth and client retention through value-based conversations and excellent service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to explain insurance options and benefits.

- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership as required.
