Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing courteous and efficient service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional manner
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, performing follow-ups as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service related to insurance products and policies
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Assist clients with policy changes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client experiences
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency and industry compliance standards

- Sales experience preferred (including outside/inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong customer needs assessment and interviewing skills
- Ability to relate to customers and provide tailored solutions
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
