Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Engage with clients to establish and nurture strong relationships.
- Deliver responsive and solutions-focused customer service for insurance inquiries, policy updates, claims, and billing.
- Identify new service and sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Educate clients about insurance products and options using a needs-based approach.
- Support the agency’s mission to provide protection and peace of mind for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Conduct needs-based reviews with clients to recommend suitable insurance products, such as auto, home, life, and health insurance.
- Generate insurance quotes, present solutions, and close sales in alignment with client needs.
- Proactively seek new business prospects and help expand the agency’s client base.
- Support ongoing networking and relationship-building activities both within and outside the office.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team and individual goals.
- Remain current with changes in insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry best practices through continuing education.
- Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage client records, process transactions, and document interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Life and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
